A party without cake…

Hi bloggers, I’m back to share another DT card with you all, and I’m back with the cakes. I love how cute these wee cakes are, and the sentiments in this stamp set are fab! The sentiment I used this time is ‘A party without cake is just a meeting’…. how true!

Materials

• White 7″ x 5″ card blank

• White card

• Cake & Friends stamp set

• Onyx Black Versafine ink

• Kuretake Zig pens

• Star Dust Stickles

• Glue & Foam pads

What to do

• Cut white card slightly smaller than the card blank.

• Using Versafine ink, randomly stamp cakes all over the entire piece of card, ensuring you stamp off the edges to give a balanced look.

• Colour in the cakes using the pens, and I used a very light grey colour to draw around the cakes, this makes them pop off the card a bit more.

• Glue this piece of card to the card blank.

• Finish by adding a panel with a stamped sentiment, and add some Stickles around the edges of the card.
