Christmas Huuug! – Anne Richardson

Christmas Huuug!

This is a very simple and cute Christmas card. You could make a set using different coloured backing papers and colour the stars to match

Supplies; Mama Makes Copolop Christmas Hug stamp, black ink, black card, white card, alcohol markers, stickles stardust glitter glue

1. Make a 12cm square card base from black card, cover the front with an 11.5 cm square of green patterned paper
2. Stamp the image onto white card and colour with alcohol markers. You don’t need to spend hours colouring, just use a small series of dots to highlight and add some rosy cheeks. Cut to 11cm square and stick to the card front
3. Cut 2 strips of black card 3 and 5cm x 1cm. Trim the end to make a banner shape and stick to the card top right and bottom left as shown
4. Colour the stars green to match your paper and finish with a few dots of stickles

Tip; if you use alcohol markers the best black ink to stamp with so that the colours don’t run is memento.
